Return Process

  Log into your GAMISS account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
